Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Recruitment, HR Coordination, or administrative support in a large, multi‑shift operation.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and ATS; ICIMS preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong administration and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional employee-experience focus and engagement with team members.
• Strong initiative and reliable follow-through with tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements on company career pages, LinkedIn, and industry boards.
• Coordinate with on-site staffing agency for high-volume staffing initiatives.
• Coordinate and schedule interview schedules for hiring managers.
• Prepare and track offer letters and other new hire documentation.
• Coordinate and participate in local recruiting events and job fairs.
• Track the employee applicant referral program for the site.
• Oversee onboarding process: background checks, documentation, and equipment access.
• Facilitate New Employee Orientation and local policies.
• Support employees navigating systems and processes for a positive experience.
• Provide People Analytics reports from UKG and ICIMS as needed.
• Plan and facilitate local employee engagement events across shifts.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the Brownsburg team.
