Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• College coursework in related field preferred.
• Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Subject to DOT drug testing per 49 CFR Part 40.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting including reviewing applications, scheduling and hosting interviews, and hiring through Jobvite.
• Create and maintain employee files and onboarding paperwork.
• Manage payroll and leaves of absence, including FMLA tracking.
• Educate employees on benefits provided.
• Maintain HR training topics for staff.
• Ensure compliance with background checks, drug screening, and E-Verify.
