Job summary

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities including reviewing new applications, scheduling & hosting interviews, and hiring candidates through Jobvite.
• Create and maintain employee files and onboarding paperwork.
• Payroll and leaves of absence management including FMLA tracking.
• Educate employees on benefits provided.
• Maintain HR training topics for staff.
• Background checks and E-Verify compliance.
• Support internal and external transfer requests.

Transdev in Colorado Springs, Colorado is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator supports the management team with full-cycle recruiting and other HR-related responsibilities. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities including reviewing new applications, scheduling & hosting interviews, and hiring candidates through the Application Tracking System – Jobvite
• Create and maintain employee files - complete all new hire EEO/AAP documents and onboarding paperwork
• Manage mechanic & staff payroll and leaves of absence, including, employee FMLA tracking
• Educate employees on benefits provided
• Maintain periodic HR related training topics for staff
• Quality Assurance Checks ensuring compliance with background checks, pre-employment drug and alcohol screens, and E-Verify requirements.
• Support employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• College coursework in a related field preferred.
• Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
