Qualifications

• Five years of relevant HR experience including recruiting and employee relations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• Ability to interpret policies and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations to all employees.
• Oversee staffing, hiring campaigns, onboarding, retention, etc.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and HR administration.
• Coordinate FMLA and other leave at facility.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
