The role covers employee relations, recruitment, compliance, employee experience, communications, recognition, events, workers’ compensation, and HR technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of HR experience, including benefits and leave administration, performance management, employee relations and recruitment.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws; California laws.
• Strong communication, project management, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HRIS/ATS and common software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary People Operations partner for assigned departments.
• Support employee relations, performance management and staff staffing.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and monitor progress.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
