• 1 year's Walmart Stores HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility targets.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and maintain HR documents.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders through training and coaching.
• Coordinate training programs and onboarding for hourly associates.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and recruitment initiatives.
