Responsibilities

• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Manage daily HR office functions including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations and payroll by executing recruiting and staffing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, HR systems, and data confidentiality.
