Job summary

As a supervisor, you will develop associates, coordinate scheduling, and ensure safety standards are followed while aligning HR activities with Walmart's Open Door policy and corporate values.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in business, logistics, or related field with supervisory experience.
• Experience managing human resources processes and Walmart logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies and payroll, benefits, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR office daily functions including benefits, hiring, transfers and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain HR documents securely.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and staffing to meet facility goals.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, provide feedback and coaching.
• Support training curricula and ensure safety and policy adherence.
