Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics/related field.
• 1 year supervisory experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics management experience.
• 2 years' Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience or 1 year supervisory experience managing HR processes.
• Experience implementing and/or managing HR policies and training.

• Lead HR office operations including benefits, hiring, transfers and payroll.
• Ensure HR compliance, manage HR documents and training programs.
• Develop and supervise associates and leaders, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
