Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking an HR Supervisor at multiple Texas locations, including Sealy and New Caney. The role blends HR operations with logistics oversight, focusing on staffing, payroll, benefits, and policy compliance to support store and distribution needs.

You will lead associates and managers, implement the business plan, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Walmart values, integrity, and customer focus across the network.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field qualifies.
• 2 years Walmart Logistics management experience or 2 years supervisory experience including HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing.
• Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by directing goals, staffing, scheduling and workload coordination.
• Manage daily HR office functions including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll, recruiting, and addressing employment concerns.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies by maintaining HR documents and HR systems.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures and monitoring compliance.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Foster belonging and collaboration, attract and retain talent, and recognize contributions.
• Uphold Walmart values with integrity and accountability, supporting sustainability and community impact.
