Job summary

Flood Homes in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking an HR & Employee Development Coordinator to support day-to-day people operations onsite. You will partner with managers on the full employment lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to performance reviews and development.

This role collaborates with leadership and an external HR consultant to ensure consistent HR practices, maintain records, and drive employee growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Experience with HR administration and employee relations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, including applicant screening and interview scheduling.
• Lead new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain personnel files and HR records.
• Track and support 30-, 60-, and 90-day reviews.
• Assist managers with coaching documentation and employee follow-up.
• Coordinate employee training and development.
• Draft performance improvement plans and disciplinary documentation.
• Respond to employee questions related to policies, benefits, and PTO.
• Assist with payroll and other HR administrative duties as needed.
