Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of administrative or general HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment support: post openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Onboarding: prepare offer letters, collect new hire paperwork, and coordinate day-one orientation.
• Record management: maintain accurate digital and physical employee files and update database records.
• Benefits & payroll: assist staff with basic benefit inquiries and help process status changes or payroll data.
• Compliance: track training completion, assist with internal audits, and maintain policy documents.
