Job summary

Spectrum Brands is seeking an HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams. The role ensures consistent application of HR policies and maintains HR reports, dashboards, and inquiries across the HR system landscape.

You will liaise with HR Center Led Teams such as talent acquisition, total rewards, HRIS, and payroll, while coordinating interviews, onboarding, and performance-related activities. Strong data skills and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a Human Resources environment preferred.
• HRIS experience (Workday, Ceridian Dayforce or similar) preferred.
• Strong confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate phone screens and interviews, including travel when needed.
• Respond to employment verification requests as needed.
• Onboard new hires and complete new hire paperwork in HRIS.
• Provide administrative support for talent acquisition activities and invoices.
• Produce HRIS reports and analyze data for KPIs and turnover.
