Job summary

A24 is seeking a systems-minded People Operations Specialist to redesign and own the workflows behind our People function. You’ll build apps and interfaces employees will actually use, automate where needed, and ensure the HR tech stack remains accurate and well-documented.

Based in NYC, you’ll partner with the People team to translate needs into scalable solutions. This role focuses on end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment through onboarding and development, with an emphasis on reducing

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in consulting, business ops, or people analytics.
Passion for building better systems, workflows, and apps.
Hands-on experience with automation tools, coding, and/or advanced Excel work.

Responsibilities

Reimagine how the People team works by evaluating processes and tools for efficiency and impact.
Manage end-to-end HR processes from recruitment to onboarding to development and beyond.
Design scalable apps and platforms leaders, managers, and employees will actually want to use.
Build automations to remove repetitive, manual work.
Own people-related systems and data with high accuracy and auditability.
Document and standardize processes so workflows can scale.
