Your work will catalyze:

  • Talent-to-Mission Alignment: Connecting skilled volunteers to projects where they'll thrive

  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Breaking down silos between fields of expertise

  • Volunteer Engagement: Building meaningful, long-term commitment to social innovation

  • Systemic Impact: Scaling our collective capacity to address fractals of global social and environmental impact goals

Role Overview

    • Implement appropriate HRIS solutions for our volunteer-powered organization

  • Talent Ecosystem Development

    • Optimize talent acquisition channels to effectively engage our pool of 50,000+ volunteer applicants

    • Design innovative role development processes combining human expertise and AI collaboration

    • Create executive recruiting strategies to attract subject matter experts for specialized initiatives

    • Develop community management approaches that nurture volunteer well-being and satisfaction

  • Engagement & Leadership Cultivation

    • Architect re-engagement strategies for dormant volunteers

    • Design micro-leadership pathways that allow volunteers to grow their impact while maintaining work-life balance

    • Create cross-cultural communication frameworks for our global volunteer community

    • Implement recognition systems that honor diverse contributions to systems change
