Job summary

MEVION MEDICAL SYSTEMS INC. is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and talent acquisition. You will collaborate with the Sr. Manager of People Operations to ensure accurate administrative processes and seamless onboarding.

Responsibilities include coordinating immigration documentation, preparing company-wide communications, maintaining employee records, and assisting in HR process improvements using AI tools. Mandarin language skills are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Two to three years of high-level administrative experience in Human Resources.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related discipline; or equivalent education, training, and experience required.
Working knowledge of basic state and federal employment laws and regulations is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and at least one HRIS.
Proven experience and ability to use AI tools to improve processes and efficiency.
PHR certification is a plus.
Mandarin speaking strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operational activities of People Operations and support Talent Acquisition.
Manage U.S. work visa sponsorship documentation for employees as required.
Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities for new and exiting employees.
Assist in developing and maintaining HR processes and procedures.
Prepare communications for company-wide distribution (new hires, events, etc.).
Analyze departmental data to gain insights and improve HR operations.
Provide basic HR process guidance to employees.
Maintain accuracy of employee records.
