CorDx in Atlanta, GA seeks an Admin & HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR and administrative operations, ensuring a compliant, efficient workplace and strong support for management and staff. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, vendor management, facilities, and internal communications.
Responsibilities include coordinating contracts and invoices, maintaining employee records, policy implementation, event planning, and supervising administrative staff to ensure smooth daily
The Admin & HR Manager will oversee day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative operations, supporting a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace. This role will work closely with management and employees to support recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and general office administration.
Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
Manage office facilities, supplies, vendors, maintenance, and general administrative services
Coordinate contracts, invoices, purchasing, office budgets, and vendor relationships
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding and maintain employee records and documentation
Assist with payroll, benefits, attendance, PTO, and other routine HR administrative matters
Support the implementation of company policies and procedures
Coordinate internal meetings, company events, employee activities, and internal communications
Supervise and coordinate administrative staff and support daily team operations
Maintain organized company records, agreements, administrative documents, and confidential employee files
Assist management with operational reports, data tracking, and general administrative projects
Coordinate with external HR, payroll, insurance, legal, and other service providers as needed
Support workplace safety, compliance documentation, and routine administrative reporting
Handle other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
3+ years of administrative, operations, HR, or related experience
Previous supervisory or team coordination experience preferred
Experience in office administration, vendor management, purchasing, or facilities coordination
General knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee records
Strong communication, organization, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
