Job summary

Mevion Medical Systems is seeking a People Operations Specialist to assist in day-to-day HR tasks and serve as the primary support for Talent Acquisition. The role includes coordinating onboarding/offboarding, communications, and employee engagement initiatives, with backup support for benefits and HRIS.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of People Operations, the incumbent will collaborate with immigration counsel and managers on visa documentation and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related discipline is required.
• Two–Three years of high-level HR administrative experience.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and at least one HRIS.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance HR processes.
• PHR certification is a plus.
• Mandarin speaking strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day activities of People Operations and support Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities for employees.
• Assist in communication, employee engagement, and events.
• Support benefits, HRIS, and other HR operational items as backup.
