We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to support core employee lifecycle processes, maintain high-quality people data, and respond to employee and manager questions with precision in a fast-growing environment.

You will handle onboarding, Workday transactions, benefits administration, commuter programs, and inquiries while collaborating with HR partners to deliver an excellent employee experience

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and high accuracy
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling employee data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with HR systems; Workday experience is helpful

Responsibilities

• Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation activities
• Perform Workday transactions such as promotions, terminations, and job changes
• Administer leave-of-absence processes and related notifications
• Manage recurring People Operations tasks (benefits, COBRA, reimbursements)
• Maintain the Notion knowledge base and respond to employee inquiries
• Support commuter benefits, parking changes, and monthly spend audits
• Review and reconcile benefits invoices and enrollment against billing
• Assist with offboarding documentation and I-9/Workday related tasks
• Maintain and support the recognition platform and related processes
• Identify data issues and opportunities to improve efficiency
