Job summary

Mevion Medical Systems is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR activities and serve as the primary back-up for Talent Acquisition. The role includes coordinating onboarding/off-boarding, communications, and data analysis to drive HR efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of HR admin experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and knowledge of employment laws. Mandarin preferred; PHR is a plus. Office-based in Littleton, MA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of high-level administrative experience for Human Resources.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related discipline; or equivalent education, training and experience.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities of People Operations.
• Provide support for Talent Acquisition and onboarding/off-boarding processes.
• Prepare communications for company-wide distribution and events.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing HR data to improve processes.
