Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a People Operations Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition and Onboarding. This hybrid role requires three days onsite at our Cincinnati/Mason, OH location. You will manage high-volume employee data changes, support onboarding/offboarding, and handle lifecycle events in Workday.

You will deliver reports, analytics, and proactive issue resolution while upholding data quality and SLAs. Collaboration across functions and locales is essential to drive a superior employee

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues.
• Ability to handle high-volume transactional activities with accuracy.
• Familiarity with HR concepts, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee data changes and updates across onboarding, offboarding, leave management, compliance, and records.
• Provide life cycle event support (transfers, promotions, separations) in HRIS self-service.
• Produce standard/ad-hoc reports and employee analytics.
• Maintain data quality and adhere to global data standards and SLAs.
• Deliver exceptional service and timely issue resolution to employees and managers.
