Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of admin or HR experience.
• Proficiency with Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot) and Office.
• Experience with HRIS such as Workday or ADP.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the new hire process workflow in Workday for all levels.
• Present regular New Hire Orientation sessions, managing logistics.
• Support data integrity across HR systems and conduct monthly SOX audits.
• Process onboarding, one-time payments, severance, and separations.
• Maintain documentation of People Operations processes.
• Review background checks and escalate concerns per guidelines.
• Ensure compensation controls for one-time payments and severance.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors for smooth operations.
• Respond to employee inquiries with timely, accurate solutions.
