Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in admin/HR, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS like Workday or ADP. A hybrid in-office schedule in Lehi supports collaboration within our People Operations team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of admin/HR experience or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivots) and MS Office.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding in Workday for employees at all levels; track task completion and escalate non-standard situations.
• Present New Hire Orientation sessions and manage logistics.
• Support data integrity across HR systems and conduct monthly SOX audits.
• Process lifecycle transactions including onboarding, one-time payments, severance, and separations.
• Maintain documentation of People Operations processes and review background checks.
• Follow compensation control measures and validation protocols for special payments.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to employee inquiries and agency requests with timely, accurate information.
