Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a People Operations Associate to support day-to-day HR operations and the employee lifecycle across a distributed US team. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, records, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, performance management, and employee engagement to ensure a consistent and positive experience.

Working with senior leadership and external partners, you will manage HR programs, respond to inquiries, maintain policies, and contribute to people analytics

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in human resources, people operations, or related field.
• Experience supporting onboarding, recruitment coordination, performance management, employee engagement, or professional development.
• Interest in employee experience, organizational culture, learning and development, or equitable HR practices.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with confidential information and across a geographically distributed team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, and benefits administration.
• Support recruitment coordination and candidate communications.
• Assist with performance management timelines and participation.
• Coordinate professional development and learning initiatives.
• Provide first-line responses to routine employee inquiries.
• Maintain HR policies, documentation, and HR systems.
• Prepare routine HR reports and analyze data for trends.
