Charles IT is hiring a People Operations Associate in Middletown, CT. The role focuses on onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, and supporting team members with engagement and development initiatives.

You will manage HR processes, coordinate check-ins, and assist with benefits programs, performance reviews, and confidential information handling. A strong communicator with organizational skills is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
• Professional HR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Serve as a point of contact for policies, handbook, and benefits.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters and support onboarding logistics.
• Support new hire experience and satisfaction tracking.
• Administer HR systems (Paylocity) including audits and documentation management.
• Support benefits administration (e.g., 401(k), open enrollment).
• Conduct employee check-ins to support performance and development.
• Assist with employee development initiatives and engagement surveys.
• Coordinate quarterly performance check-ins and related documentation.
