• Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll or performance management is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities; maintain candidate information.
• Support payroll and benefits administration; assist with performance programs.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data; ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with employee development programs and engagement initiatives.
• Prepare routine reports and support HR process improvements.
