Charles IT in Middletown, CT is seeking a Workplace Support Intern for a 90-day internship. This is a highly dynamic, hands‑on role where responsibilities will vary from day to day based on the needs of the business. Compensation is $17.00 per hour.

• Assist with administrative, office operations, and general duties.
• Support office moves, workspace setup, on-site deliveries, and internal errands.
• Assist with packing, unpacking, organizing, moving, and setting up materials and equipment.
• Organize and maintain office spaces for efficiency and a welcoming environment.
• Learn to use the internal ticketing system to submit, track, and complete requests.
• Restock office supplies, snacks, groceries, and other shared materials.
• Handle interoffice mail and deliveries between Middletown, Providence, and Stamford locations.
• Coordinate, prepare, and set up for internal company events and meetings.
• Manage company vehicle scheduling and transport vehicles for routine maintenance and needs.
• Assist with meals or catering orders as needed.
• Provide hands-on support to departments and team members on special projects.
• Assist with setting up or breaking down office spaces as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
