The role offers hybrid flexibility after training, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR/People Operations, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Human Resources or People Operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for policies, programs, and procedures.
• Deliver service and support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Maintain confidential HR records and documentation.
• Support compliance, audits, verifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, and onboarding activities.
• Assist with performance management and employee development.
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and experience.
• Prepare reports and assist with departmental administration.
