Job summary

Bellco is seeking an HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruiting and provide HRIS support on-site. You will partner with managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates, and guide interviews from posting to onboarding.

The role requires 2–3 years HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and preferred PHR/SHRM-CP credentials. On-site work and regular travel to branches are expected in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 2-3 years in Human Resources, recruiting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruiting activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and pre-employment processes.
• Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, candidate qualifications, and recruitment priorities.
• Sources and attracts qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and other appropriate channels.
• Coordinates and facilitates interviews, ensuring timely communication and a professional, positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Provides HRIS support, including generating monthly and special reports, as well as performing data maintenance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
