Job summary

Buzz Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator/People Operations teammate to own the hiring lifecycle end to end, from scheduling interviews to onboarding, and to manage Greenhouse and employee records for a distributed team.

You will coordinate multi-time-zone interview loops, help with benefits enrollment, and ensure compliance by keeping data clean, accurate, and up to date, while infusing Buzz's culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in recruiting coordination or people operations at a high-growth company.
• Owned an applicant tracking system including stages, scorecards, reporting, and data hygiene.
• Excellent organization; can run multiple hiring loops in parallel.
• Clear, warm, professional communication with candidates and leaders.
• Discretion with confidential information (compensation, offers, records).

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate lifecycle from first interview to day one onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews across departments and time zones, manage candidate comms.
• Own Greenhouse data accuracy, stages, scorecards, and reports.
• Support sourcing for open roles and build pipeline with hiring managers.
• Oversee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and policy familiarization.
• Maintain accurate employee records and flag compliance risks.
• Drive culture, engagement, and recognition initiatives for a distributed team.
