Job summary

Airspace is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting and HR Coordinator to help scale during a period of significant hiring growth. In this role, you'll support full-cycle recruiting— from intake to offer— and assist with onboarding and core HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

You\'ll partner with the Senior Corporate Recruiter and HR leadership, source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Rippling, and manage data in the ATS and HRIS.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related administrative roles.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Rippling).
• Proficiency with G-Suite products.
• Familiarity with compliance and/or benefits administration.
• Knowledge of California wage and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for a pipeline of open requisitions, from intake through offer.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and support early-stage screening calls to confirm qualifications.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS.
• Assist with drafting and posting job requisitions.
• Support job offer preparation and extension with HR leadership.
• Track and report recruiting pipeline metrics.
• Assist onboarding tasks: background checks, offer letters, and first-day coordination.
• Support New Hire Orientation sessions.
• Help maintain employee records in the HRIS system.
• Provide backup for offboarding processes and compliance tracking.
