Job summary

BlackSky is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People team on a hybrid basis in Seattle, WA. You will manage interview scheduling, coordinate multi-stage processes, and serve as the main contact for candidates and hiring managers.

You will maintain candidate records in Greenhouse, support onboarding tasks, and partner with recruiters and managers to keep the recruiting process moving while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent operations and/or recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse).
• Strong organizational skills and scheduling across complex calendars.
• Experience supporting multiple recruiters/hiring managers in high-volume scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and panel members.
• Facilitate in-person interviews and candidate presentations as needed.
• Serve as a primary contact for scheduling updates or cancellations.
• Prepare and track confidentiality agreements and other recruiting docs.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and related tools.
