Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years in HR, including handling HR administration.
• Experience supporting HR function.
• Familiarity with HR databases; Workday preferred.
• Excellent time management, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable presenting company information to new hires.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Administer the end-to-end onboarding process from pre-hire to start date.
• Maintain new-hire log with updates for changes.
• Initiate background checks and review results as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to complete pre-hire tasks.
• Communicate with new hires about first-day expectations and orientation.
• Coordinate with IT and Workplace Services for equipment/workspace.
• Support audit data requests related to employee data.
• Adjust, create, or make changes in Workday for employees.
