Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Jackson, TN is seeking a People Operations Partner to serve as the HR partner for our hourly workforce on site. You will champion employee experience, drive talent strategies, and ensure operational excellence across all shifts.

Working with site leadership, you will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training initiatives, while promoting an inclusive, high‑performing culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.
• Proficient in North Carolina labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Experience supporting multi‑shift operations and hourly employee populations.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• MS Office; HRIS and communication platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the talent acquisition process for all hourly roles and collaborates with department supervisors.
• Promotes inclusive employee experience through site communication, engagement and retention plans.
• Drives onboarding, performance and training activities, administers service awards and recognition programs.
• Ensures consistent application and execution of HR programs and processes.
• Ensures HRIS data and career changes are accurately updated.
• Investigates and coaches site leadership on employee relations matters.
• Supports lean manufacturing programs and maintains records.
• Demonstrates ability to support multiple shifts.
