Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Director, HR Business Partnership - HR to provide strategic HR leadership for an assigned functional group and guide enterprise talent and succession processes. The role partners with Corporate HR and coordinates across HR resources to drive leadership decisions and actions.

This hybrid position is based at Carmel, Indiana, reporting to the HR leadership team, and requires deep expertise in organization design, change management and executive coaching.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in Human Resources, including experience serving as an HR Business Partner or providing broad-based HR consultation to senior business leaders.
• Experience supporting organization design, organizational effectiveness and significant organizational change.
• Experience facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development or related people processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for an assigned functional group.
• Develop understanding of the function's strategy, operations and talent requirements.
• Coach leaders on team effectiveness, performance, and development.
• Lead talent, succession and organizational discussions.
• Coordinate HR resources across Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits and Talent Acquisition.
