Delta Faucet Company in Jackson, TN is seeking a People Operations Partner to serve as the HR partner for our hourly workforce, driving talent strategies and employee experience across all shifts in a manufacturing and distribution setting.

You will collaborate with site leadership, lead recruitment, resolve employee relations matters, maintain HRIS data, and champion an inclusive, high‑performing culture while reporting to the site People Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• PHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Experience supporting multi‑shift, hourly workforces.

Responsabilités

• Leads talent acquisition for hourly roles and collaborates with supervisors on required skills.
• Promotes inclusive employee experience and engagement plans at the site.
• Drives onboarding, performance and training activities for hourly staff.
• Maintains HR programs, processes, and HRIS data integrity.
• Coaches site leadership on employee relations and escalation handling.
• Supports lean manufacturing initiatives and compliance across shifts.
