Job summary

Keel is seeking a People Business Partner I to support manufacturing teams with onboarding, HR coordination, and data integrity across HRIS/ERP systems. You will help ensure compliant processes, assist audits, and support employee relations while partnering with site leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 2+ years in HR/People Ops, and HR certification. Occasional travel between regional sites is expected. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years HR or People Operations experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
• Experience supporting audits and compliance reviews.
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding from start to finish, including new hire orientation.
• Support policies, procedures, and employment practices across sites.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and assist audits and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS and ERP systems; generate routine reports.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution with documentation.
