This role demands collaboration with leadership, strong data analytics, and the ability to drive HR processes in a high-growth environment. Eligible candidates should reside in Colorado and be a U.S.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience across compensation, org design, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Experience using HR analytics to influence decision making.
• Experience implementing HR processes in high-growth teams.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Understanding of financial principles related to people budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing programs and policies with team leaders to align with business strategies.
• Conduct regular check-ins with team leaders to improve performance.
• Support inclusion initiatives and internal mobility planning.
• Provide compensation support including salary reviews and analyses.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal employment requirements.
• Develop data-driven tools to identify trends and opportunities.
