Ursa Major, a leader in propulsion and defense, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner II to provide critical people support across teams. You will partner with staff to develop and execute people strategies covering onboarding, performance, engagement, compensation, and compliance.

This role emphasizes data-driven HR, coaching leaders, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with opportunities to influence organizational effectiveness in a fast-growing aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Experience using HR analytics to influence leadership decisions.
• Experience implementing HR processes and organizational design in high-growth teams.
• Ability to handle confidential employee issues with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Partner with staff to develop and execute people strategies and policies.
• Support onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment requirements.
• Provide compensation support and salary actions.
• Coach leaders on people issues and investigations as needed.
• Develop data-driven tools for People Ops to identify trends.
