Aurora is seeking a Staff People Business Partner to drive organizational health and business results across key functions. You will bridge executive vision and functional execution, leading major HR initiatives with broad applicability across units.

You will act as a strategic advisor to functional leaders, guide workforce planning, and build scalable, data-informed people programs. This role operates in a fast-scaling startup environment with a hybrid work model, requiring strong collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead major HR programs with broad applicability across units.
• Advise leaders as a strategic HR partner and advisor.
• Manage stakeholder alignment and executive-level communications.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration and scalable systems.
• Build workforce planning capabilities and data-informed programs.
• Collaborate with the People team across Legal, Finance, ER, etc.
• Navigate a Build-Phase startup environment with evolving People processes.
• Make decisions in ambiguity with bias for action.
• Demonstrate agile resilience under change.
