Ursa Major is seeking a motivated People Operations Intern for our Berthoud, CO location. The role covers Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Talent Management, and Learning & Development, offering hands-on experience in HR functions and projects that impact the employee experience from day one.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or HRIS is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Talent Acquisition activities including postings, sourcing, and resume screening.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and manage scheduling.
• Support onboarding materials and new-hire processes.
• Contribute to employee engagement and learning initiatives.
