Job summary

District Cannabis LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to support two MD/DC facilities with recruiting, onboarding, investigations, and benefits administration. You will implement HR policies, maintain confidential files, and ensure compliance while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role requires coordinating interviews, partnering with managers on staffing strategies, and keeping HR records up to date. 5+ years HR experience and a degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of human resources experience.
• Three years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, managing multiple high-volume roles.
• Two years of administrative experience.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Technical proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for HR inquiries at our DC facilities.
• Apply HR policies and ensure compliance across the company.
• Educate staff on policies and procedures; enroll in benefits.
• Maintain confidential employee files and performance records.
• Coordinate interviews and work with hiring managers on staffing strategies.
• Ensure timely feedback to candidates and a positive candidate experience.
