DCM Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for our MCP Processing facility in Maryland. You will lead recruiting, onboarding, employee investigations, trainings, and benefits administration to support a fast-paced production environment.

The role partners with supervisors and the COO to apply HR policies, maintain confidential employee files, design development materials, and manage performance, compliance, and worker’s compensation. On-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of HR experience.
• Two years of administrative experience.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for HR inquiries at MCP Processing facility.
• Apply HR policies and ensure compliance with employee handbook and benefits enrollment.
• Educate staff on personnel policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain confidential employee files.
• Develop training materials and coordinate HR trainings.
• Maintain HR department records and reports; propose improvements.
• Manage data for employees, including earnings, absences, and terminations.
• Assist with workers' compensation claims and insurance reports.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring teams.
• Foster positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
