Job summary

Terran Orbital is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR operational support at our Irvine site. You will ensure data accuracy throughout an employee’s lifecycle, manage pre-board activities, and often lead new hire orientation.

You will back up bi-weekly payroll processing, advocate for employees, and work with management to raise morale, retention, and engagement while embedding diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or HR certificate with 3 years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources.
• Creative solutions and authentic thought partnership to push boundaries in a changing environment.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven consulting and change management experience.
• Experience shaping culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR operational support to site location employees.
• Ensure data accuracy during the life-cycle of an employee.
• Manage pre-board new hire process.
• Support and often lead new hire orientation.
• Back up bi-weekly payroll processing function.
• Serve as employee advocate by building strong relationships across all levels.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Drive employee engagement and culture with emphasis on Diversity & Inclusion.
