Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Human Resources Operations Partner to join our team at the Irvine, CA site. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this role aligns People goals with employees and management and delivers cross‑functional HR services to meet site needs.

The role focuses on day‑to‑day HR operations, onboarding, payroll, and employee advocacy while partnering with leadership to improve relations, culture, and retention in a fast‑growing aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or HR certificate with 3 years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day HR operational support to site location employees.
• Manages pre-board new hire process and onboarding activities.
• Supports and often leads new hire orientation and payroll processing.
• Drives employee engagement and culture, including Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Analyzes HR trends to develop programs, policies, and solutions.
