Job summary

Sensor Tower is seeking a People Operations Business Partner to guide employees and advise managers across our international footprint. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations and broader program delivery, including performance reviews, role design, and training rollout.

You will partner with leaders to solve day-to-day people issues, build HR policies with legal, and support contractors while using data to drive practical improvements and retention actions.

Qualifications

• Experience across HR disciplines including operations, compensation, design, learning & development, and performance management.
• Experience supporting international leaders and teams with knowledge of local employment laws.
• Experience resolving complex employee relations issues in fast-scaling environments.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and act as an advisor.
• Experience creating and implementing training programs from the ground up.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Own frontline employee relations, handling complex cases end-to-end with fair outcomes.
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and difficult conversations.
• Manage employment matters across a global workforce with external counsel and local advisors.
• Provide clear HR policy guidance and contribute to policy updates with legal.
• Support contractor and non-employee populations with compliance considerations.
• Use people data to spot trends and drive practical fixes with managers.
• Advise on retention actions such as pay, promotions, and recognition.
• Leverage AI tools to assist casework, drafting, and analysis.
• Assist delivery of people programs and systems, including training rollout.
