Too Lost is looking for an HR / People Coordinator to support day-to-day people operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration as part of our growing People team in New York.

This role is based in our New York, NY office and follows a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day remote. The HR Coordinator will report directly to the HR / People Generalist.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in human resources or related operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR/People Generalist with day-to-day HR operations and people initiatives.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture programming.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in HRIS and files.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and system access.
• Respond to routine employee questions about policies, benefits, payroll, and leave.
• Update policies, handbooks, and HR documentation; coordinate training.
• Support performance-management cycles and maintain related records.
• Prepare recurring HR reports and audit data for accuracy.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with projects and administrative priorities as the team grows.
