SRS Distribution, Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator in McKinney, TX to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and training. The role emphasizes service, attention to detail, and proactive learning in all HR areas.

You will collaborate with HR management and other departments to maintain records, ensure compliance, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. This position offers Monday–Friday CST schedules and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work Monday – Friday between 7am – 7pm CST.
• Workday experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by providing Workday support to managers.
• Manage background and drug screen processing to ensure timely progression.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including paperwork audits and orientation.
• Support HR administration tasks, maintain employee records and reports.
• Coordinate LMS training programs and provide LMS support.
• Answer payroll questions related to time and absence; assist benefits inquiries.
• Support HR projects and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
