Job summary

Worley Group, Inc in Baytown, TX seeks a People Team Coordinator to support onboarding, HR processes, and employee data integrity. You will partner with site leadership, Payroll, Benefits, IT and HR teams to ensure timely, compliant people activities for direct-hire craft employees.

The role emphasizes accuracy, discretion and a people-first mindset, with responsibilities spanning new-hire orientations, I-9 compliance, handling HRIS transactions, supporting sourcing for craft roles, and

Qualifications

At least one year of administrative experience.
Exposure to benefits administration, new hire processing, or general employment law concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and comfortable working with HR data with accuracy and discretion.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline; HRIS experience.
Experience in construction, maintenance, or turnaround environments is helpful.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and administer onboarding, orientation, and I-9 processing.
Enter employee data and HR transactions into the HRIS with accuracy.
Support craft recruitment activities, posting roles, and candidate screening.
Assist with recruiting events (career fairs, open houses, campus visits) and represent Worley at industry events.
Provide administrative support to the People team and ensure ethical, compliant processes.
