Athlete To Athlete is hiring a People & Business Operations Manager to own the employee lifecycle, payroll, and core People programs. You will keep our Santa Monica office running smoothly and improve how all processes work as we grow.

You will report to the COO and collaborate with founders on a range of people and operations initiatives. The role requires 4+ years in People Operations/HR, startup experience, and strong judgment.

Competenze

• 4+ years in People Operations, HR, and operations with hands-on ownership.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end People operations and employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and records management.
• Own payroll processing (semi-monthly) and timekeeping with Insperity.
• Own office operations, vendor management, and workplace safety programs.
• Coordinate benefits with Insperity and manage communications across the org.
• Serve as primary contact for employees and managers on policies and performance conversations.
• Support recruiting during ramp-up and build a strong candidate experience.
